Description
The Senior Project Manager will lead enterprise banking software implementations for strategic client banks, managing projects from initiation through deployment and post-launch support. The role owns project plans, schedules, budgets, risks, quality, change control, documentation, stakeholder communication, client steering committees, UAT, environment readiness, and delivery accountability, while coordinating development, QA, infrastructure, and support teams. It requires a bachelor's degree, 8–12 years of project or program management experience, including at least 5 years managing complex enterprise software implementations in banking or financial services, along with knowledge of banking systems, regulations, PM methodologies, and project tools.
