CoderPush is hiring a Senior Project Manager in Hanoi for a hybrid role supporting complex fintech software engagements. The position owns end-to-end delivery across scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, technical estimation review, resource evaluation, multi-vendor integrations, commercial negotiations, subcontractor management, client governance, project documentation, and banking or securities compliance. Candidates need at least 5 years of IT project management experience, software development knowledge, financial-services domain expertise, strong vendor and stakeholder management, Agile and Waterfall expertise, Vietnamese fluency, business-level English, and hands-on delivery experience for banks or securities firms.
