RECRUNIT is placing a Senior Project Manager in Berlin for a permanent construction project. The role represents the client, manages technical project phases 1–9 under HOAI with a focus on phases 5–8, defines project scope, leads external contractors, handles tendering and negotiations, manages construction contracts, coordinates planning and supervision, and controls costs, schedules, and quality. The profile requires a construction-related degree, at least seven years of construction or specialist-project management experience, a generalist profile focused on later performance phases, and very good German language skills.
