Description
Rosendin is hiring a Senior Project Manager to direct the completion and financial performance of multiple small-to-medium electrical construction projects or one large project. The role leads project managers and assistant project managers, oversees scheduling, budgets, change orders, client and subcontractor relationships, safety and construction activities, project reporting, contract financials, and business development. It requires 10+ years of project management experience, preferably in electrical construction, strong electrical systems and construction knowledge, leadership and financial forecasting skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; Oracle and Accubid are preferred. The position is primarily based at active construction sites or in an office and requires 10–25% travel.
