Additional Information

Minimum Education: Qualifications in Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management.
Required Previous Experiences: 8+ years’ experience in construction project delivery / project management, ideally on the client side.
Preferred Qualifications: Education experience advantageous.
Strong knowledge of construction contract administration.
Excellent client, stakeholder, and team leadership skills.
Solid written and verbal communication.
Proficiency in Microsoft (MS) Office suite of products and ideally MS Project.
Strong time management skills and ability to prioritise.
Attention to detail.
AIPM Certification (or equivalent) highly regarded.
