Description
Senior Project Manager for Fay, S&B USA Construction overseeing one larger job or multiple smaller jobs on complex infrastructure projects in the Mid-Atlantic, with primary accountability for financial, schedule, quality, and safety outcomes. The role involves contract administration, scheduling, planning, cost control, coordination with superintendents, owners, subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers, leading claims and change orders, managing project close-out, and developing project managers and engineers. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, strong field and project management background in heavy civil/highway/marine construction, and proficiency with project control tools and Microsoft Office.
