Candidates need a bachelor’s or master’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field, at least 10 years of senior project management experience in heavy-highway or heavy-civil construction, and proficiency with Oracle P6, Microsoft Office, Power BI, Viewpoint Vista ERP, and AutoCAD or Bentley MicroStation.
