TKDA is hiring a Senior Project Manager to lead complex rail and transit projects in Seattle, serving as the technical authority from concept through construction support. The role combines project management with business development and marketing, including budget and schedule control, engineering documentation, quality assurance, client relationships, field coordination, and mentorship of junior staff. Candidates need 15+ years of large multi-disciplinary project leadership, a civil engineering or related degree with transit or transportation infrastructure experience, a Washington Professional Engineering license, and strong rail engineering and project management expertise.
