Turner & Townsend is hiring a Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of multiple retail construction projects or programmes in a client-side or consulting environment. The role covers project strategy, planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, construction coordination, risk and issue management, cost control, stakeholder and contractor management, and closeout, while mentoring junior team members and supporting client relationships. Candidates should have 8–12 years of post-graduate experience, strong retail construction expertise, and knowledge of construction methodologies and CCDC contracts. The role offers a base salary of $95,000–$125,000 per year and a flexible hybrid work approach.
