Description
Compass is hiring a Senior Project Manager for its Design + Build team to lead end-to-end construction, renovation, and capital programs across more than 1,000 locations. The role manages and develops 4–6 Project Managers, oversees portfolio capacity and capital budgets, governs change orders, reviews major bids and contracts, and delivers financial reporting. Candidates need at least two years managing Project Managers, seven years managing commercial construction, workplace, or facilities projects, a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, strong budget and stakeholder-management skills, and willingness to travel approximately 20%. Base pay is $151,000–$168,000 annually, with potential bonuses, restricted stock units, and benefits.
