Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 8–10 years of experience in a senior project management or construction management role, with substantial experience delivering large-scale and technically complex projects.
Strong experience in CSA (Civil, Structural, Architectural) and/or MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) construction management.
Proven experience managing stakeholders, contractors, consultants, and customer relationships in high-pressure delivery environments.
Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasting, contracts, procurement, and project risk.
Preferred Qualifications: Data center industry experience is preferred.
Candidates from Tier 1 or Tier 2 general contractors with proven experience managing projects valued at USD $500M+
Candidates with large-scale consultancy experience (mechanical, electrical, civil, structural) and experience across complex infrastructure sectors such as hospitals, government, industrial, or mission-critical facilities are encouraged to apply.
Experience preparing and delivering executive-level presentations and reporting.
PMP certification or equivalent project management qualification is preferred.
