Description
VML is hiring a Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end CRM and customer experience transformation initiatives at enterprise scale. The role owns project roadmaps, risks, dependencies, Agile delivery, stakeholder communication, vendor relationships, and executive reporting while partnering with Product, Design, Engineering, and other teams. Candidates need at least five years of project management experience focused on CRM or CX transformation, enterprise-scale delivery experience, Agile and hybrid delivery expertise, and a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. The position offers a CAD 65,000–115,000 base salary and a hybrid work arrangement with teams in the office an average of four days per week.
