Description
Ware Malcomb is hiring a Senior Project Manager to oversee commercial and residential land development projects from inception through completion. The role manages internal and external teams, budgets, schedules, contract documents, consultants, permits, construction services, client relationships, and project financial success, while mentoring team members. Candidates need at least 10 years of civil engineering or land development experience, a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field, and expertise in site planning, drainage, utilities, stormwater, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and project leadership; a PE license is preferred. The compensation range is $123,000–$144,000 plus benefits.
