Description
Willmeng Construction is hiring a Senior Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. The role manages schedules, budgets, quality control, costs, subcontractor payments, change orders, permits, inspections, documentation, and project closeout; coordinates with architects, engineers, consultants, owners, and project teams; and supervises superintendents and subcontractors. The position prefers a BS or MS in Construction Engineering, a BS in Engineering with relevant experience, 3–5 years of project manager experience, estimating experience, client relationship skills, and proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Sage, and Microsoft Office.
