Description
The Senior Project Manager supports the Director of Projects in planning, executing, and monitoring complex, high-priority projects from initiation through completion, including a portfolio averaging $40 million. The role leads without direct authority, coordinates stakeholders, manages budgets and resources, mitigates risks, and mentors Project Managers and Junior Project Managers. It requires 5–10 years of project management experience, a bachelor's degree, strong Excel and project-management software skills, ERP/MRP familiarity, and the ability to travel up to 30% and work on shop floors and customer plants.
