WPP Production is hiring a Senior Project Manager for HEX to lead the end-to-end delivery, scoping, and scaling of experimental AI-native production workflows, creative technology initiatives, and commercial proofs-of-concept. The role partners with technical teams, clients, agency leaders, and brand partners; manages budgets of $250,000 or more; applies Agile/Scrum governance; and establishes operational standards and knowledge-transfer playbooks. Candidates need at least five years of creative technology or digital production project or producer experience, hands-on AI and innovation delivery experience, and experience working across matrixed agency, client-embedded, and third-party technology environments. The position uses a hybrid model with teams in the office around four days per week and offers a US base salary of $60,000 to $140,000.
