XTB is hiring a Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end cross-functional IT projects within its Portfolio Management Office. The role manages diverse initiatives, stakeholders, roadmaps, workflows, risks, workshops, and project documentation; it also develops processes using Jira, BI, and database data. Candidates need at least five years of IT experience, including three years as a Project Manager or in a similar role, along with fintech knowledge, project management certification, advanced AI and spreadsheet skills, agile experience, and C1 English. The position offers remote work from Warsaw or a coworking space in the candidate’s city.
