The role leads cross-functional project delivery, manages multidisciplinary teams and project risks, participates in bidding and project execution, supports financial performance and resource management, and promotes innovative delivery methods. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field, active membership in the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec, eligibility for licensure in other regions, and at least seven years of engineering and project management experience.
