The role manages construction projects during the realization phase, representing the client or owner and overseeing cost, schedule, quality, investment calculations, building regulations, feasibility studies, reporting, and stakeholder networks. It requires an architect, civil-engineering, or technician degree, relevant project and construction-management experience, real-estate-marketing-interface experience, cost-estimation skills, strong organizational and communication abilities, and fluent German.
