GHD is hiring a Senior Project Manager to assess and rehabilitate vertical building envelope systems and multi-level parking structures in residential, commercial, and industrial buildings. The role leads technical staff, prepares diagnostic reports and engineering specifications, monitors construction quality, manages contracts and project proposals, and coordinates with clients and contractors. It is based in GHD offices in the Greater Montreal area with a hybrid work arrangement and requires extensive building-science experience, relevant professional credentials, and the ability to work at heights.
