Langan is hiring a Senior Project Manager – Civil Engineering in Cleveland, Ohio to lead and support design, permitting, client management, and development for residential, institutional, commercial, warehouse, and mixed-use land development projects. The role oversees site layout, grading, drainage, infrastructure, erosion and sediment control, stormwater management, hydrologic and hydraulic analysis, and SWPPP preparation, while also contributing to business development and cross-functional project leadership. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, at least 10 years of local and related site/civil engineering experience focused on land development, a Professional Engineering license, and strong client development, communication, analytical, and project-management skills.
