Description
The Experimental group is hiring a Senior Project Manager, Client-Side Project Management (MOA) for its Development Department. The role manages multiple hotel, restaurant, bar, and club projects from feasibility and design through construction, delivery, and opening, coordinating architects, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders while controlling budgets, schedules, risks, tenders, FF&E and OS&E procurement, and regulatory requirements. Candidates need a higher-education degree in architecture, engineering, or construction, approximately 5–7 years of experience managing complex construction or renovation projects, and strong client-side project-management, technical, budgetary, scheduling, and stakeholder-coordination skills.
