Roof Technology Partners is hiring a Senior Project Manager for its Georgia Branch to own a portfolio of 8–12 concurrent commercial roofing projects from pass-off through closeout. The role manages schedules, budgets, cost-to-complete, change orders, customer communications, OAC meetings, Procore documentation, equipment rentals, subcontractor payments, invoicing, and contract administration, while mentoring junior project managers. Candidates need at least five years of commercial roofing or related trade construction project management experience, including budget, schedule, change-order, customer-relationship, Procore, and contract-management experience.
