Harris & Associates is hiring a Senior Project Manager to lead complex community development and housing projects from initiation through completion. The role manages scope, schedule, budget, quality, client relationships, project strategy, deliverables, public outreach, business development, housing finance and feasibility analysis, policy and planning efforts, and staff development. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, at least 12 years of progressive community development and housing consulting experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and occasional travel within California.
