DLB Associates is hiring a Senior Project Manager – Construction Administration to lead construction administration from project completion through closeout. The role coordinates with design and construction teams, reviews RFIs, submittals, change proposals, and contractor redlines; conducts site visits; manages client relationships; oversees project controls, budgets, and quality; and supports technology adoption. Candidates should have MEP, FA, or FP design experience and be transitioning into construction administration, with a relevant engineering or construction management degree, at least eight years of related experience, and at least three years of onsite or field experience.
