Path Construction is hiring a Senior Project Manager in the Dallas, Texas area to lead project teams and manage multi-family residential, retail, and substantial commercial construction projects. The role includes full P+L cost control, subcontractor and supplier management, contract administration, procurement, estimating, scheduling, change orders, safety, quality, and subcontractor tracking. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction, or Architecture, at least seven years of construction experience, Primavera or Microsoft Project scheduling experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; occasional travel is required.
