AECOM’s Enterprise Capabilities team is hiring a Senior Project Manager/Data Center Program Planner in Madrid to develop and maintain the integrated program plan for a portfolio of Data Center projects. The role leads scheduling, resource allocation, risk and dependency management, stakeholder coordination, proposal planning, and alignment of project schedules with the overall program roadmap. It requires an electrical or mechanical engineering degree and at least 15 years of experience, with Primavera P6, MS Project, data center experience, and strong influencing and communication skills preferred. The position follows AECOM’s hybrid working philosophy and requires in-person Day 1 onboarding at an AECOM office.
