Candidates need a bachelor's degree in science or mechanical and/or electrical engineering, 5 to 10+ years of design and construction experience, and 7+ years of commercial real estate project management experience, including complex ground-up, build-to-suit, repositioning, renovation, and development projects. The position offers $148,750 to $175,000 in compensation.
