Link Logistics Real Estate is hiring a Senior Project Manager, Development to support and manage industrial real estate development projects from land acquisition and entitlements through vertical construction and lease-up across the East Coast. The role coordinates internal and external teams, manages budgets, schedules, permits, procurement, construction progress, risks, and stakeholder communications, and prepares executive reporting. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a similar technical field, at least five years of site civil engineering, development, or construction experience, and must be located in or willing to relocate to Central Jersey. The position offers a base salary of $120,000 to $140,000 and health insurance coverage.
