Description
The role manages the full lifecycle of a construction project, including construction execution, budget and cash management, scheduling, staffing, equipment, contracts, change orders, forecasts, stakeholder communications, safety, dispute resolution, procurement, closeout, and project debriefs. It requires 15+ years of construction project-management experience, 10+ years managing personnel, experience with bid-build, CMCG, and design-build delivery methods, a valid driver’s license, and strong financial, risk, negotiation, delegation, and interpersonal skills.
