Element Consulting is hiring Senior Project Managers I & II in Los Angeles, California to manage and oversee complex construction projects and construction management activities. The role involves resolving project issues, monitoring schedules, change orders, costs, contracts, payment applications, and coordination with district departments, with a strong emphasis on large-scale educational facility, public works, or commercial construction projects. The position requires extensive experience, including managing programs with projects over $50 million, a degree in architecture/engineering/construction management or CCM equivalency, and preferred experience with design-build, BIM, LEED/CHPS, and DSA processes.
