Description
The Senior Project Manager, Engineering reports to the Sr. Director, Engineering and manages capital projects from concept through commissioning, including budget preparation, cost tracking, vendor negotiation, permitting, and project prioritization. The role also provides technical support for plant equipment and services, improves plant operating efficiency through process optimization, and supports continuous improvement initiatives. Candidates need a post-secondary engineering degree, at least seven years of progressive engineering or technical experience in manufacturing, at least five years managing capital projects, and national travel; experience manufacturing perishable goods is preferred. The hiring range is CAD 95,800–145,800, with a bonus of up to 16.5% of base salary.
