Senior Project Manager for Digital Public Administration Projects – Migration and Internal Affairs (all genders) at ]init[ AG

The Senior Project Manager will lead end-to-end digital public administration projects focused on Migration & Internal Affairs, using agile or hybrid approaches. Responsibilities include managing scope, time, budget, quality, and risks; coordinating interdisciplinary teams and external public administration customers; translating requirements into digital solutions; and supporting implementation through go-live. The role requires several years of project management experience, strong communication skills, German and English proficiency, and a completed degree; it is available full-time or part-time, remotely or in the office.
