MOL Group is hiring a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale, strategically critical CAPEX projects in its refining and logistics portfolio, typically valued at 100–150 million USD. The role manages projects from concept through commissioning, governs strategy, contracting, risk, change control, cost and schedule performance, stakeholder relationships, and regulatory and safety compliance, and coordinates multidisciplinary teams. The position is based in Százhalombatta, Hungary, with possible travel to logistics sites, and requires an engineering degree, 10–15 years of relevant industrial CAPEX experience, strong project governance and stakeholder skills, and proficiency in English and Hungarian.
