Description
Michels Construction, Inc. is hiring a Project Manager to manage a phase of a larger project or multiple smaller projects, ensuring profitable operations and that project goals are met within prescribed timeframes and funding parameters. The role involves planning, directing, and coordinating project activities, communicating with internal and external customers, meeting deadlines, and working independently and collaboratively. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in civil, structural, or geotechnical engineering, at least five years of post-college experience, and experience with deep foundations, heavy civil, design-build, or geotechnical contracting; scheduling, estimating, and project controls software experience is preferred, along with PMP or PE certification.
