Description
CDP is hiring a Senior Project Manager for a full-time remote role leading large-scale, complex client implementations and onboarding projects across multiple cross-functional workstreams. The role serves as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, manages timelines, scope, risks, issues, dependencies, and decisions, coordinates CRM, data, marketing, digital, support, and other workstreams, and supports reporting, process mapping, and continuous improvement. Candidates should have 7–10 years of project management, client onboarding, or SaaS/CRM implementation experience, strong stakeholder and communication skills, and expertise with project management and collaboration tools.
