WD is seeking a Senior Project Manager, Human Resources to lead and deliver complex HR programs across the Asia Pacific region. The role partners with HR Centers of Excellence, regional teams, and business leaders to manage talent, employee experience, workforce transformation, HR technology, compliance, benefits, and operational excellence initiatives. Responsibilities include regional stakeholder partnership, global program localization, change and transformation management, risk and compliance oversight, resource planning, governance, reporting, and scalable project delivery. The position requires at least 8 years of project or program management experience, experience with multinational organizations, APAC stakeholder experience, English fluency, and strong executive communication and facilitation skills.
