Arcadis is hiring a Senior Project Manager for industrial and logistics projects in Warszawa, Wrocław, or Gliwice on a hybrid basis. The role manages manufacturing and industrial projects from concept and feasibility through engineering, permitting, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover; leads tender and bid processes; advises and directs project teams; manages clients, contracts, risks, budgets, and commercial performance; and pursues new business opportunities. Candidates need technical education in buildings construction, at least five years of relevant project management experience, a Polish building license, Polish and English fluency, and strong commercial and technical skills.
