Responsibilities include client communication, project reporting, invoicing, and team performance management. The position requires a bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field, Tennessee Registered P.E. status, at least 12 years of relevant civil engineering design and specification experience, and at least 5 years of civil engineering project management experience.
