ALD is hiring a permanent Senior Project Manager (m/f/div.) for its headquarters in Hanau on a full-time basis. The role independently plans, coordinates, and monitors large-scale plant engineering projects; leads interdisciplinary teams; manages schedules, costs, quality, change orders, claims, customer issues, subcontractor interfaces, and project documentation; and monitors order costs. Candidates need a degree in electrical engineering or a comparable technical field, several years of experience managing complex large-scale mechanical and plant engineering projects, extensive variation and claim management experience, international project leadership experience, and strong German and English communication skills.
