Description
The Senior Mechanical Project Manager directs and coordinates designated construction projects, managing mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, and industrial piping systems from subcontract buyouts and material procurement through scheduling, cost control, change orders, quality and safety oversight, commissioning, close-out, and customer communication. The role requires at least seven years of self-performed mechanical project management experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and proficiency with project management tools such as Procore, MS Project, or Primavera.
