Description
AMPAM is hiring a Senior Project Manager to lead large, complex mechanical, electrical, and plumbing construction projects and multiple concurrent projects from preconstruction through closeout. The role owns project profitability, budgeting, cost forecasting, change orders, client relationships, contract administration, and team leadership while mentoring project managers and other project team members. Candidates need 8–12+ years of progressive MEP construction project management experience, experience delivering $10M+ projects, P&L responsibility, and proficiency with construction management software.
