Flex Power Modules is hiring a Senior Project Manager in Kalmar to manage hardware and software product development projects, including production process development and NPI, in coordination with the Shanghai manufacturing unit. The role leads R&D, NPI, and sourcing resources; manages budgets, quality documentation, project risks, resources, meetings, and customer requirement discussions; and contributes to development process improvements. A bachelor's degree in engineering and proven product development project management experience are required, while electronic industry experience and fluent English are preferred or advantageous.
