The role involves crafting a bold vision for growth, leading business development efforts, providing high-quality service, contributing to staff professional development, and having autonomy to build and grow the business with comprehensive support. The ideal candidate will define and execute the vision for the Municipal Roadway practice, apply an entrepreneurial spirit, develop strong client relationships, drive business development, supervise and lead design projects, ensure quality and timely deliverables, lead and mentor a high-performing team, ensure project profitability, and uphold integrity and sound business principles.
