WSP is hiring a Senior Project Manager, Process Engineering (Water Treatment) to lead complex municipal and industrial water and wastewater treatment projects from concept through commissioning. The role provides technical leadership, manages multidisciplinary engineering teams, develops process-engineering solutions, supports client relationships and business development, and oversees risks, resources, contracts, and stakeholder expectations. Candidates need a master’s degree in civil or environmental engineering or a related discipline, Professional Engineer eligibility, extensive water and wastewater project experience, and strong process-design, regulatory, leadership, and communication skills. Compensation ranges from $146,500 to $212,200 depending on Canadian province or territory.
