HDR is hiring a Senior Project Manager / Program Manager to lead and coordinate multidisciplinary, science-focused architecture projects with high technical complexity. The role oversees project and program lifecycles, client relationships, staffing, budgets, schedules, financial performance, QA/QC, deliverables, and large project teams, while mentoring less-experienced project managers. Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in architecture, at least 10 years of related experience including 5 years of project management experience, be a Registered Architect, and have U.S.-born citizenship due to client contract requirements. The position is preferably based in Arlington, Virginia, and laboratory experience, LEED/sustainable design knowledge, and PMP certification are preferred.
