Description
The employer is seeking a senior project or programme manager to lead the business-process and procedure design and implementation phase of a complex industrial SAP S/4HANA programme. The role focuses on end-to-end Order-to-Cash and related procurement, logistics, production, quality, inventory, master data, integration, testing, change management, and operational readiness, coordinating business functions, subject-matter experts, digital teams, vendors, and implementation partners. It requires more than 10 years of relevant experience, complex ERP or business-process transformation leadership, manufacturing or process-industry background, strong stakeholder and change-management capabilities, and significant on-site presence in Northern Sweden and Stockholm.
