The role owns commercial service relationships, coordinates service requests, develops client relationships, prepares proposals, manages multiple service projects, conducts on-site inspections, tracks account performance, manages budgets, approves invoices, and ensures profitability. The position requires 3–5 years of experience in electrical service account management or a related field, knowledge of NEC and local codes, strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, and proficiency with MS Office; Bluebeam and Accubid familiarity is preferred.
