BKF Engineers is hiring a Senior Project Manager to support the growth of its Water Resources business sector in California. The role is equivalent to a Principal Engineer or higher at similar consulting firms and involves managing large water resources design and construction projects, leading complex civil and environmental engineering work, developing proposals and budgets, maintaining client relationships, mentoring staff, and contributing technical and management leadership. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering, at least 14 years of relevant experience, four or more years of project and staff management experience, CAD and GIS experience, and California Professional Engineer licensure. Preferred qualifications include pump station and storage tank design expertise, a master's degree, industry-group leadership, and experience with sewer collection systems, water master planning, and advanced modeling.
