HR Green is hiring a Senior Project Manager for its Water & Wastewater Practice in Houston. The role leads complex water and wastewater infrastructure projects from planning through design, construction, and closeout; serves as Engineer of Record; manages budgets, schedules, staffing, financial performance, risk, and contractor coordination; advises municipal and utility clients; leads project pursuits and proposals; and mentors engineers and project managers. Candidates need a civil, environmental, or related engineering degree, a Professional Engineer license, and at least 15 years of progressive water and wastewater consulting experience.
